Triumph is an exciting, mixed-used, light industrial building, located in the heart of “The East Village”.
The East Village Community has a long heritage of cultural diversity, dedicated to fostering unique businesses that captures the essence of what it means to be from East Vancouver and is located withing two historic neighbourhoods: Hastings-Sunrise and Grandview-Woodland.
The project features a concrete parkade, steel structures, CLT roof, and Hambro structural floor joist system. The neighbourhood is home to the original JJ Bean, Ironworks, as well as Parallel 49 Brewing’s head office and brewery. Furthermore, the area is attracting young creatives and anticipated to be a hub for upcoming design, construction, and supplier community.
Potential tenants are expected to be a brewery with tasting room and productions offices.
